The particles that reach the vicinity of the wall are pushed by the continuous liquid, move down the wall, and gather near the bottom flow port to become a greatly thickened suspension, which is discharged from the bottom flow port. The separated and purified liquid rotates downward and continues to move. After entering the conical section, the liquid rotates faster because the inner diameter of the hydrocyclone gradually shrinks. Due to the uneven distribution of pressure along the radial direction when the liquid generates vortex motion, the closer to the axis, the smaller it becomes and approaches zero when it reaches the axis, becoming a low-pressure area or even a vacuum area, causing the liquid to move in the axial direction. At the same time, because the bottom flow port of the hydrocyclone separator is greatly reduced, the liquid cannot be discharged from the bottom flow port quickly, and the overflow port in the center of the top cover of the cyclone chamber, because it is in a low-pressure area, a part of the liquid moves to it, thus forming an upward rotary motion , and discharged from the overflow port.
