Under the influence of many ground stresses, polyurethane screens will cause common damage, cracks and other failures after long-term use. In this case, please disassemble and replace immediately. There are many essentials for one-time disassembly and assembly, so pay special attention to avoid secondary installation.

1. When installing a polyurethane screen, in addition to the tension on the surface of the screen, you must also pay attention to the equipment nuts fixed on the surface of the screen.

2. When installing the polyurethane screen, pay attention to the polyurethane tape on both sides of the screen surface and fix it with various methods. It’s common for many business owners to replace polyurethane tape with old tape. So when it has a shock-absorbing effect, the screen tail must have been damaged for the first time in a while.

3. Regarding the size of the screen, according to the requirements of the raw materials to be screened, select a screen larger than the next layer and a screen smaller than the previous layer. You need to make sure that the polyurethane screen has the correct mesh size. If the grid is not standardized, the production quality will be affected. In addition, larger screens are lighter and smaller screens need to be arranged to extend service life.

4. Since the screen frame and screen compression ring adopt the overall design of dovetail groove, the higher the pressure, the tighter the polyurethane screen will be. Unless the customer has his own requirements, the screen frame is generally made of aluminum alloy. There is a certain gap between the pressure ring and the screen frame. For special coarse screens, the gaps are larger. Over time you will need to use a wooden hammer. When tightening the screw, tap the head gently and symmetrically or use a vise to tighten the screw. During the entire production process, care must be taken not to feel the screen frame break.

5. The polyurethane screen needs to be fixed on the screen frame. When installing or disassembling the screen, first remove the screen ring (frame), place the feed port on the service platform, and then learn how to place the screen frame. Place the screen pressure ring flat on the screen surface, place the screen pressure ring on the shelf, and fix it vertically and symmetrically. After making sure there are no wrinkles, the balance is tight and there are round holes. In the form of a square screen, insert each screw into the wire hole, gradually tighten it symmetrically little by little, and cut off the unnecessary screen mesh.
