Six major process steps of “Polyurethane Screen”
1. Raw material preparation; raw material preparation includes oligomers; polytetramethylene glycol, polyisocyanoate; toluene diisocyanate, etc. Some materials need to be dehydrated before use to ensure that the moisture content reaches Less than 0.05 percent of the requirement.
After the synthesis and dehydration steps of the prepolymer are completed, the oligomer polyol needs to be cooled down to between 40 and 60 degrees Celsius, and then added to the reaction kettle, with continuous stirring and addition of calculated For good toluene diisocyanate, after reacting for 30 to 40 minutes, slowly heat it to 80 degrees Celsius, continue the reaction for two to three hours, and then take samples for analysis.
2. Processing of metal skeleton: sandblasting and applying adhesive.
3. Mold assembly: For polyurethane screens, it is mainly the assembly of the mold. After surface demoulding treatment, it is placed on the skeleton.
4. Platform heating: The temperature of the polyurethane screen platform rises to 111 degrees Celsius.
5. Pouring process: Polyurethane is used for pouring. The polyurethane screen requires the application of chain extenders such as dichloride and diaminodipropane. Depending on the production conditions, the specific pouring method can be manual or mechanical.
6. Polyurethane screen constant temperature drying room. After the polyurethane screen is formed, it must be vulcanized in the drying room. Only after passing the inspection can it leave the factory.
