Why does the screen block the holes during screening? What’s the solution?
1. The screened materials are relatively wet and have high water content.
Solution: When the material to be screened is relatively fine, has a relatively high moisture content, and contains a lot of mud, the material should be dehydrated, dried and then screened.
2. The materials to be screened require high density, and the selected screen mesh is inappropriate.
Solution: When the material to be screened has a large particle size and a large proportion, the crushing process must be carried out first, and then screened.
3. The materials to be screened have a light specific gravity, thus generating static electricity during screening.
Solution: You can connect a ground wire to the screen to lead the current out, or you can sprinkle some water on the ground at the construction site to increase the humidity.
4. The vibrating screen mesh does not have an automatic cleaning function.
Solution: According to the specific conditions of the screened materials, select an appropriate automatic cleaning device, including bouncing balls, ultrasonic and other screen cleaning devices.
